About Our Cakes
All of our cakes are baked from scratch in small batches, using high-quality and fresh ingredients - even our eggs are gathered fresh from the free-ranging hens at Misty Valley Farm. Our signature icing is a Vanilla Bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream - made with pure butter and our special blend of vanillas from three different regions, it is whipped until light and smooth. It is not overly sweet, and our customers rave about it!
We are happy to create both fondant and buttercream cakes. We work extensively with sugar paste and specialize in making unbelievably realistic sugar flowers. In fact, all of the flowers you see pictured on this website are hand-made sugar flowers.
